AppliancePro – Terms and Conditions
AppliancePro is a service aggregator that collaborates with third-party service providers who are registered with the applicable regulatory authorities. Services can be booked through our website or mobile app and are directly delivered to customers.
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the AppliancePro website (“Website”), mobile application (“Mobile Application”), and any related products or services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is between you (“User”) and AppliancePro (“AppliancePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The terms “User,” “you,” or “your” refer to the individual entering this Agreement on behalf of a company or legal organization. If you do not have the authority or disagree with these terms, do not use the Services. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you create an account on our Services, you are fully responsible for maintaining the account’s security and all activities under it. AppliancePro may review and monitor new accounts before you can access the Services. Providing false information may result in account termination. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security breaches. We are not responsible for your actions or any resulting damages. We may suspend, deactivate, or delete your account if you violate this Agreement or harm our reputation.
AppliancePro does not claim ownership of any data, information, or material (“Content”) you upload to the Services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of your submitted Content. We may monitor and review Content but are not obligated to do so. By using our Services, you grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, and store your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. We reserve the right to reject or remove Content that violates our policies or is deemed objectionable.
You agree to pay all fees and charges for your account in accordance with the current billing terms. We ensure secure data transmission with SSL communication and conduct regular malware scans. AppliancePro reserves the right to adjust pricing, decline orders, or limit quantities at any time. Changes will be communicated via the contact information provided.
AppliancePro makes every effort to ensure accurate information but does not guarantee it. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update information without prior notice.
If you choose to enable, access, or use third-party services, you do so at your own risk. AppliancePro does not endorse or guarantee the content of these services. You waive all claims against AppliancePro regarding third-party services.
We perform regular backups of the Website and content and aim to restore data promptly in the event of a failure or loss.
Use of the Services for illegal or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited. AppliancePro does not engage with customers from OFAC-sanctioned countries.
All intellectual property rights to the Services belong to AppliancePro or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you any rights to AppliancePro’s or third-party intellectual property.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AppliancePro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be responsible for any damage resulting from using the Services.
AppliancePro is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to AppliancePro in the month preceding the incident.
You agree to indemnify AppliancePro and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Services or any content you provide.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You consent to the jurisdiction of UAE courts for any disputes.
You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. AppliancePro may assign its rights and obligations at its discretion.
AppliancePro reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
